The rules for using Sira.

Sira is a job marketplace operated by Care Navigator Technologies ("Sira", "we"). These terms govern your use of the Sira Seeker app, the Sira employer portal, and related web services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Sira connects job seekers with employers. Seekers can browse and apply for jobs at no charge. Employers can post jobs, review applications, and manage their presence after account verification. We provide a platform only and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Employer accounts represent a real organization and require verification before jobs are published. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent content; not to scrape or bulk-harvest listings or user data; not to interfere with the platform's security or availability; and not to use the service to spam or harass other users. Job posts must describe genuine, current vacancies.

4. Seeker applications

When you apply for a job, the information and documents you submit are shared with that employer. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sira does not guarantee any interview, offer, or employment outcome.

5. Employer content

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their job posts and for their handling of applicant data received through Sira. Employer obligations for paid postings are set out in our refund and posting terms.

6. Fees

Seeker use is free. Employer postings may be free or paid according to the plans shown in the employer portal at the time of purchase. Paid features, pricing, and billing are described in the refund and posting terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Sira name, logo, and platform are owned by Care Navigator Technologies. You retain rights to the content you submit but grant us the licence needed to host, display, and transmit it to operate the marketplace.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for employer or seeker conduct, or for hiring decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Sira or delete your account at any time via the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the current version here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@carenavigatortech.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.
