Request account deletion.
You can ask Sira to delete your job seeker account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the email address registered on your Sira account.
- Use the subject: Sira account deletion request.
- Send it to support@carenavigatortech.com.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete or de-identify the account profile, uploaded resume, and application data associated with the account within 30 days. We may retain limited records where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Before you request deletion
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your saved profile, resume, submitted applications, and application history. If you only want to stop using the app temporarily, sign out instead.
